The 'Island Indoors' showcases the art of four Maltese artists in a small 19th century castle called Hof de Bist near Antwerp, the home of the cultural centre in Ekeren.
Apart from music, theatre, literature and community projects, this cultural centre also has a strong track record of contemporary art exhibitions. The exhibition included works by the following artists: 'A Quick Fix' by Ryan Falzon, 'Position of Opposion II' (Hands down) by Aaron Bezzina,'In Memory of our Luminaries' by Caesar Attard and Matthew Attard’s work 'Majjalata'.
The artworks of these Maltese artists exhibited in this castle were also complemented by a soundscape created by Flemish artists.
