A project aimed at introducing in Malta the Kodaly approach to music education: "teach(ing) music... in such a way that is not a torture but a joy for the pupil; instill(ing) a thirst for finer music in him, a thirst which will last for lifetime." In 2016, the method was inscribed as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Music for everyone - a series of masterclasses held by UK Band Conductor and Musician Len Tyler at the St Joseph Band Club of Ghaxaq.Over a period of 5 days various masterclasses where held targeted for different audiences being: pregnant woman from their 22nd week of pregnancy together with children up to 6 years of age, children above 6 years up to 12 years of age who never learned music, music players, music teachers and band conductors.
