Arts Council Malta's legal officer Dr Luke Dalli will be available on our facebook page to answer your questions about intellectual property, contracts and your legal rights and obligations. The session specifically targets creative practitioners and professionals working in the cultural and creative sector.
One of the main aspects of Dr Dalli’s role is to support the cultural and creative sectors from a legal perspective. Dalli provides expert advice on national and European legislation that directly impacts the cultural and creative sectors, such as issues relating to intellectual property. Dr Dalli’s role is also to devise legal instruments as part of the services that Arts Council Malta will provide in the future.
