Vincent Caruana
Vincent is dedicated to inspiring people to strive for personal growth and a better world. Born on April 10, 1967, he graduated with an Honours degree in Education, specialising in Physics and Mathematics, from the University of Malta in 1991. He later earned a Diploma in Political Studies and an M.Sc. in Environmental and Development Education. In 2014, he completed his PhD, focusing on education for sustainability and the social economy.
Currently, Vincent is a full-time lecturer and researcher at the University of Malta's Centre for Environmental Education and Research (CEER). He has been actively involved in environmental, cultural, social, and development initiatives for 38 years, co-founding the social enterprise "Koperattiva Kummerc Gust" and Malta’s Network of Development Organisations (SKOP). His interests include the social economy, social enterprises, permaculture, and peer mentoring. Vincent is also passionate about travel, personal development, gardening, and community development.
