Teatru Manoel is looking to employ a full-time Manager for HR and Administration
Qualifications & Experience required:
In possession of a pertinent post-graduate degree (Masters) in HR, Management, Public Policy or Business Administration, or an appropriate, recognized, comparable qualification plus two (2) years relevant work experience
OR
In possession of a pertinent first degree at MQF Level 6 in HR, Management, Public Policy or Business Administration plus four (4) years relevant work experience
PLUS
Work and experience in EU Funding (will be considered as an asset)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Pro-active and able to work on own initiative
Strong Maltese and English language skills
Knowledge of the cultural field
Knowledge of the Employment and Industrial Relations Law
Must be able to work flexible hours
