Arts Council Malta invites applications from Maltese/Malta based individuals or representatives of organisations, between the ages of 25 till 45, that work in, or across any of the following disciplines: Theatre, Dance, Circus, Interdisciplinary live art forms and New Media.

For successful applicants, Arts Council Malta will cover the IETM 2024 membership, including the participation in one of the IETM 2024 events. For 2024 IETM events see the following: https://www.ietm.org/en/events

What is IETM?


IETM is the International network for contemporary performing arts. It is a network of over 500 performing arts organisations and individual members working in the contemporary performing arts worldwide: theatre, dance, circus, performance, interdisciplinary live art forms, new media. IETM hosts one large meeting a year in European cities that include debates, workshops, pitches and networking alongside an artistic programme of international work. It also holds smaller events all over the world. In addition, IETM commission publications and research projects, facilitate communication and distribution of information and advocate for the value of performing arts.


Attending IETM events is the ideal opportunity for creative practitioners who want to make international contacts and broaden their understanding of the global challenges facing the performing arts community in the 21st century.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants may be:

• Creative professionals/individual artists
• Entities registered with the Malta Busines Registry (including companies, partnerships, foundations and organisations/associations)
• Groups, collectives and consortia
• Registered cooperatives
• Voluntary Organisations enrolled with the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations.

Deadline

The deadline to apply is Monday 8th January 2024 at noon. Late application cannot be accepted.

5. From the open calls section, select the online application for this opportunity.
6. Follow the instructions step by step. Fill in all the required information from the online application including the budget and attach the supporting documentation.
7. Submit the application.
