What is the maximum amount that can be requested from Strand 1 and Strand 2? As outlined in point 3.1 of the Guidelines for Strand 1 and Strand 2, the applicant NGO can request up to a maximum of 80% of the total costs.
In the case of Strand 1 submissions, the amount requested cannot exceed Euro 25,000 for each year for three (3) years (36 consecutive months). In the case of Strand 2 submissions, the amount requested cannot exceed Euro 45,000 for each year for three (3) years (36 consecutive months).
STATE AID RULES AND OBLIGATIONS
The terms and conditions set out in the guidelines with regards to those beneficiaries who are commercial undertakings or NGOs that carry out an economic activity, are in line with the Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid, OJ L 352/1 of 24 December 2013.
