Applika għall-programmi tagħna ta’ fondi online

Għandek bżonn toħloq profil fuq is-sit tagħna biex tkun tista’ tapplika għal fondi u tidħol fid-database tagħna ta’ artisti u kreattivi.

Biex tapplika segwi dawn il-passi:

  • Aqra dawn il-linji gwida u regolamenti bir-reqqa.
  • Iċċekkja jekk l-idea tal-proposta tiegħek tistax tiġi ttrattata minn din l-iskema.
  • Agħfas fuq il-ħolqa li tieħdok fis-sistema tal-applikazzjoni online
  • Jekk m’għandekx profil, oħloq il-profil tiegħek mal-Kunsill Malti għall-Arti billi tagħfas fuq ‘Irreġistra Issa’ u imla d-dettalji
  • Mit-taqsima tas-sejħiet miftuħa, agħżel l-applikazzjoni online tal-iskema li trid tapplika għaliha
  • Segwi l-istruzzjonijiet pass wara pass. Imla l-informazzjoni meħtieġa kollha fl-applikazzjoni online, inkluż il-baġit, u ehmeż id-dokumentazzjoni ta’ sostenn
  • Ibgħat l-applikazzjoni. Għandek tirċievi konferma awtomatika tal-wasla tagħha mis-sistema. Jekk ma tirċievi ebda notifika bħal din, ikkuntattjana fuq applyforfunds@artscouncil.mt.

L-applikanti huma mitluba joħolqu profil fis-CRM tal-KMA minn tal-anqas ġimgħatejn qabel id-data taliskadenza tas-sejħa.

Kemm-il darba jkollok xi diffikultà jew tixtieq tikkonsultana dwar dan il-fond, tista’ ċċemplilna fuq 2334 7230 mit-Tnejn sal-Ġimgħa bejn id-09:00 u l-16:00 jew tibagħtilna email fuq fundinfo@artscouncil.mt. Hija r-responsabbiltà tiegħek li tippreżenta formula ta’ applikazzjoni kompluta kif spjegat f’dawn il-linji gwida u regolamenti. Jekk ma tippreżentax l-informazzjoni u d-dokumentazzjoni meħtieġa kollha, lapplikazzjoni tiegħek ma tiġix ipproċessata u evalwata.

Il-formuli tal-applikazzjoni tiegħek mhux ser jiġu ċċekkjati minn rappreżentanti tal-Kunsill Malti għall-Arti qabel id-data tal-iskadenza tal-applikazzjoni. Il-Kunsill għandu d-diskrezzjoni esklużiva li jitlob lillapplikanti jipprovdu kwalunkwe dokumentazzjoni obbligatorja nieqsa wara d-data tal-iskadenza tassejħa.

Mat-tressiq tal-applikazzjoni l-applikanti jaċċettaw li jekk l-applikazzjoni tingħata l-finanzjament mitlub, l-isem, it-titlu tal-proġett u l-ammont mogħti jistgħu jiġu ppubblikati mill-Kunsill.

Id-deċiżjoni dwar il-finanzjament tittieħed abbażi tal-kwalità tal-informazzjoni mressqa, inkluż iddokumenti li jappoġġaw il-proposta.

L-applikazzjonijiet li jaslu wara 12.00 (nofsinhar) tad-data tal-iskadenza rispettiva ma jiġux aċċettati.

  1. How can I apply for funding for my artistic project?
    You can apply for funding and initiatives through our portal. Please register a profile as an Individual, Voluntary Organisation, School, Group, Company or Public Entity. Visit our website’s funding section for details on eligibility, guidelines, and application deadlines.
  2. Who is eligible for Arts Council Malta funding?
    Eligibility varies depending on the specific funding program. One must for sure have either a Maltese Passport, Maltese ID Card or Maltese Residency Permit to apply. For organisations, they must be registered in Malta.
  3. What types of projects does Arts Council Malta support?
    We support a wide range of artistic disciplines, including music, literature, visual arts, performing arts, and cultural heritage projects, among others.
  4. How do I stay updated on upcoming funding opportunities and events?
    Subscribe to our Newsletter and Funds Alert and follow us on social media for the latest updates on grants, opportunities, and incentives.

Step 1: Registration

  • Login to our website and click on register.
  • There are six categories in all: individuals or group, school or college, company, voluntary organisation, public entity.
  • Select the category which is relevant to you and fill in the details. Upload your CV as well as your identification document to complete your registration.
  • Once registered, your profile would be part of our database, you would be up to date with our newsletter and you would also be able to apply for our funds.

Step 2: Application

  • Go on the Funds & Opportunities section and click on the fund you want to apply for.
  • Make sure that you read well the Guidelines & Regulations of the fund.
  • Click on the ‘Apply for this fund’ button to start the application process
  • Login if you are not already logged in.
  • Give your project a title and start the application
  • Fill in the application form step by step. Make sure that you fill in all the obligatory fields – the system will not allow you to proceed if this is not done! The asterisk sign shows that a field would be mandatory
  • Input the timeframe – make sure that the selected dates fall within the eligible timeframe indicated in the text box. Then input the main milestones of your project together with the nature of that milestone and predicted date of completion. Fill in the remaining textboxes which focus primarily on addressing the criteria of the fund.

Step 3: Budget

  • Fill in the pre-filled budget fields if relevant and add any field as applicable by clicking on the ‘Add another item’ field.
  • Upload any supporting documentation relevant to the budget by clicking on ‘Upload a quotation’. It is important to provide quotes and any other supporting documentation which explain the costs inputted above.
  • It is important that the difference between the total income and the total expenditure is EUR0. If this is not so the system will not let you proceed to the next step.
  • Refer to the budget guidelines in case more details are needed.

Step 4: Summary and submission

  • Verify that all the details are correct in the final page before submitting your application.
  • Once you click on submit the application form is sent for evaluation.
  • You will receive a notification of receipt.
