{"id":8459,"date":"2025-02-14T06:11:44","date_gmt":"2025-02-14T06:11:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/artscouncilmalta.gov.mt\/?p=8459"},"modified":"2025-08-29T03:18:33","modified_gmt":"2025-08-29T01:18:33","slug":"webinar-3-legal-issues-in-the-arts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/artscouncilmalta.gov.mt\/en\/webinar-3-legal-issues-in-the-arts\/","title":{"rendered":"Webinar 3: Legal Issues in the Arts"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Arts Council Malta in collaboration with&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.visitingarts.org.uk\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Visiting Arts London<\/a>, will be organising a webinar as part of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/artscouncilmalta.gov.mt\/funds\/cultural-export-fund\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cultural Export Fund<\/a>&nbsp;Internationalisation Course and the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/artscouncilmalta.gov.mt\/archive\/acmlab\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ACMlab<\/a>&nbsp;series on Monday 8 February 2016 at 18.00 at the St James Cavalier Cinema in Valletta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr Pete Bott, music\/media and commercial lawyer at Swan Turton LLP in London; Dr Jeanine Rizzo, a lawyer specialising in copyright, trademarks, patents, design rights, entertainment law, music law and film law and Dr Luke Dalli, legal officer at Arts Council Malta, will be addressing the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This training course was modelled to help artists pursue strategic export development activities that support growth and produce measurable business development results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation is free of charge and open to all.
