If you do not have a profile, create your profile with Arts Council Malta by clicking on Register and filling in the details.<\/li><li>From the open calls section, select the online application for the scheme you intend to apply for.<\/li><li>Follow the instructions step by step. Fill in all the required information from the online application, including the budget, and attach the supporting documentation.<\/li><li>Submit the application. You should receive an automatic acknowledgement by the system. If you do not receive such a notification, contact us on applyforfunds@artscouncil.mt.<\/li><\/ul><p>Applicants are required to register a profile on the ACM\u2019s CRM at least two weeks prior to the deadline of the call.<\/p><p>In case of difficulty, or if you would like to consult us regarding this scheme, you can call us on 2334 7230 Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00 or email us on fundinfo@artscouncil.mt.<br \/>It is your responsibility to present a complete application form as explained in these guidelines and regulations. If you do not present all the necessary information and documentation, your application will not be processed and evaluated.<\/p><p>Prior to the application deadline, Arts Council Malta representatives will not be checking your application forms. It is solely at the Council\u2019s discretion to request that applicants provide any missing mandatory documentation following the call deadline.<\/p><p>Upon the submission of the application, applicants are to accept that should the application be awarded funding, the name, the project title, short project description and the amount awarded can be published by the Council.<\/p><p>A decision on funding will be made on the strength of the information submitted, including documentation in support of the proposal.<\/p><p>Applications submitted after 12.00 (noon) of the respective deadline cannot be accepted.<\/p><ol><li><b> How can I apply for funding for my artistic project?<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> You can apply for funding and initiatives through our portal.\u00a0 Please register a profile as an Individual, Voluntary Organisation, School, Group, Company or Public Entity.\u00a0 Visit our website\u2019s funding section for details on eligibility, guidelines, and application deadlines.<\/span><\/li><li><b> Who is eligible for Arts Council Malta funding?<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Eligibility varies depending on the specific funding program. Make sure that you fill in all the obligatory fields \u2013 the system will not allow you to proceed if this is not done! The asterisk sign shows that a field would be mandatory<\/li><li>Input the timeframe \u2013 make sure that the selected dates fall within the eligible timeframe indicated in the text box.\u00a0 Then input the main milestones of your project together with the nature of that milestone and predicted date of completion. It is important to provide quotes and any other supporting documentation which explain the costs inputted above.<\/li><li>It is important that the difference between the total income and the total expenditure is EUR0.
