The Edinburgh Festival Fringe Mentorship Programme marks a new chapter in the international development of Malta\u2019s performing arts sector.<\/p>

Launched by Arts Council Malta, the programme brought together 19 projects for a professional development journey focused on strengthening their international potential, fostering cultural exchange, and creating pathways for Maltese artists to reach audiences beyond Malta.<\/p>

The programme was designed to provide participants with more than an opportunity to present their work abroad. Through workshops, one-to-one mentoring, peer exchange and networking opportunities, participants explored project development for export and touring, addressed practical challenges and gained a deeper understanding of the international performing arts industry.<\/p>

The programme also provided space for artists to test ideas, strengthen the artistic and production quality of their work, build confidence and develop professional networks.<\/p>
