{"id":10706,"date":"2025-02-19T06:40:53","date_gmt":"2025-02-19T06:40:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/artscouncilmalta.gov.mt\/?post_type=funded_project&#038;p=10706"},"modified":"2025-02-19T08:24:32","modified_gmt":"2025-02-19T08:24:32","slug":"tuatara-by-manatapu","status":"publish","type":"funded_project","link":"https:\/\/artscouncilmalta.gov.mt\/en\/funded-project\/tuatara-by-manatapu\/","title":{"rendered":"Tuatara by ManaTapu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Reputed for their engaging concerts, ManaTapu is a mainstay of Malta&#8217;s festival circuit, routinely drawing hundreds of fans, local and foreign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a follow-up album to the well-received debut EP&nbsp;<em>Timpana<\/em>, ManaTapu is now releasing a full-length album with the support of the Malta Arts Fund \u2013 Project Support Grant and in collaboration with the Valletta 2018 Foundation, and a ZAAR crowdfunding campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The album, entitled&nbsp;<em>Tuatara<\/em>, consists of 14 songs, four of which feature Maltese lyrics, including two music videos showcasing Maltese landscapes and culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The album launch was held at Ta&#8217; Fra Ben in Qawra involving various supporting acts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ManaTapu has been described as &#8216;an ambassador of Malta\u2019s modern, multicultural music scene&#8217;.
