The piece is devised at the Solo Lab Mentoring Programme led by Rosalyn Maynard, founder of The School of Experiential Learning, UK. This consists of an intensive laboratory mentoring programme researching somatics for performance making; somatics is defined as a field within bodywork and movement studies which emphasises internal physical perception and experience.

Rebecca Camilleri is a performance maker, based between Malta and Mexico. Her processes involve extracting everyday life actions and experiences from human relationships; the outcomes are physical, intimate and visual performances. She is also interested in the documentation of collaborative processes. Rebecca graduated from Dartington College of Arts, has worked at the School of Performing Arts, University of Malta and is a founding member of the rubberbodies collective.
