ACM Strategy 2030 – Online Survey

As part of its review of Strategy 2025 and drafting of the upcoming strategic cycle leading up to 2030, Arts Council Malta is inviting interested participants to take this 7-minute survey to reflect on the main outcomes of the focus groups, held a few weeks ago, that are informing the draft Strategy 2030 document that will be issued in the coming weeks for public review.

The main aim, as things stand, is to reach sustainable professionalisation in the cultural and creative industries & sectors (CCIS) by embracing the following values and addressing the priorities outlined below:

Values:

  • Equity and Social Justice
  • Good Governance
  • Collaboration
  • Innovation

Priorities (as expressed by the commitments subscribed to in the Charter on the Status of the Artist and the Right to Culture campaign promoted by Arts Council Malta):

  • Infrastructure (spaces, facilities, as well as legal and financial)
  • Financing and Financing (public and private sectors)
  • Status of the Artist and sustainability in economic conditions (equity, freedom of expression and rights)
  • Creativity and the Economics (from traditional forms to innovative business and investment models, also considering digital tools and AI)
  • Creative Communities and Social Dynamics (including diversity, accessibility and access)
  • Education, Development and Innovation (including training and capacity bulding)
  • International dimension

The deadline for completing the survey is 21st October.

This survey is being conducted by PKF Malta Limited as part of the public consultation process for the Arts Council Malta’s 2030 Strategy.
